Apple Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
1 stick butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 cup flour 1 t. vanilla 8 oz cream cheese 1 egg 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 t. vanilla 4 c. diced apples 1/3 c. cinnamon and sugar
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together well and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Mix the next four ingredients together and spread on top. Add then apples and then the cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes and then reduce the heat to 350°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
