Ingredients:
1 1/2 quarts unfiltered cider yields about 3/4 cup boiled cider Cinnamon stick
Directions:
Add unsweetened cider to a saucepan; bring to a boil and simmer uncovered until the consistency of maple syrup, about 2 hours. It will thicken slightly as it cools. The resulting syrup is sweet, tempered by tart apple flavor.
