Ingredients for Chicken Stock


Directions:

Put the chicken and onion pieces in a roasting pan and roast in a preheated 400°F oven, for 30 minutes, until deep brown, turning occasionally. After transferring to soup pot, deglaze the pan with 2 cups of the water and add the liquid to the pot. Simmer the stock for 3 hours.
