Carrots and Apricots

Ingredients:
1 lb. frozen carrots 6 oz. dried apricots 12 oz. can apricot nectar 2 T. brown sugar butter
Directions:
Soak carrots and apricots in nectar overnight. Mix with sugar and put into 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Dot the top with butter. Bake at 350° 35 minutes.
