Cherry Swiss Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

3 c. shredded swiss cheese 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. dried tart red cherries 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 t. dijon mustard 1/2 c. finely chopped green onion


Directions:

Bring cheese and butter to room temperature. Pour boiling water over cherries to cover; let stand 10 minutes. Drain well and pat dry with paper towels and set aside. In a food processor, combine the cheese, butter, mayonnaise and mustard til combined. Stir in cherries and onions.
