Chicken Thighs in Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

3 lbs. boneless chicken thighs 1 package onion soup mix 1 can cranberry sauce 1/2 - 3/4 c. red wine Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

Salt and pepper chicken. Place chicken pieces close together in glass baking dish. Cover with mixture of wine, onion soup mix, and cranberry sauce. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F. for 75 minutes.
