Chocolate Coconut Crust

Ingredients:

3 T. butter 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips 1-1/2 c. flakes coconut 1/2 c. chopped walnuts


Directions:

In a medium heavy saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally, 2 - 3 minutes. Stir in coconut and walnuts, mixing well. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of a lightly buttered 9” cake pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
