Chocolate Crumb Crust

Ingredients:
1-1/2 c. ground chocolate cookies (from about 30 cookies) 1/2 c. sugar 7 T. unsalted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the chocolate crumbs and sugar in a bowl. Add the butter and stir until well mixed. Press the mixture over the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie crust. Bake for 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.
