Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients:

18 oz semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chopped 1-1/2 c. heavy cream 2 T. butter cut up 1 t. vanilla extract


Directions:

In a 2-quart glass measure, combine chocolate and heavy cream. Heat in microwave oven on hight 3 minutes or until melted and smooth when stirred. Stir in butter and vanilla. Cover and refritgerate 1 - 1-1/2 hours or until ganache holds its shape.
