Chocolate Tart

Ingredients:

4 oz. bittersweet chocolate 2 T. butter 2 eggs 1/3 c. sugar 2 T. all-purpose flour, sifted 4 T. heavy cream 1 8-inch tartlet shell, pre-baked whipped cream to decorate


Directions:

Melt the chocolate with the butter and leave to cool slightly. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until thick, then fold in the cooled chocolate mixture. Gently mjix in the sifted flour and then the heavy cream. Pour into the pastry shell. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until the filling is lightly set. Leave to cool overnight, then decorate with piped whipped cream.
