Cream Cheese and Green Onion Hors D’Oeuvre

Ingredients:

24 oz. cream cheese, softened 1-1/2 c. chopped green onions (all of the white, 2/3 of the green) 1 c. finely diced salami 6 sourdough French rolls


Directions:

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, green onions and salami. Mix well and set aside. Cut a slice off each end of the French rolls. With a serrated knife, cut a core 1” in diameter. Fill each roll with the cream cheese mixture. Wrap each roll tightly in foil and refrigerate overnight. To serve: cut into thin slices. Or serve the refrigerated mixture with baguette rounds.
