Deviled Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

1-1/2 lb. chicken wings 1-1/2 sticks butter, melted 2 T. lemon juice 1/3 c. Dijon mustard 3/4 t. tarragon 1/8 t. cayenne pepper Salt and pepper to taste 1 c. dry bread crumbs 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 t. garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

Split the wings into section. Combine the melted butter, lemon juice, mustard, tarragon, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk toether. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Dip wings in the butter mixture and allow excess to drip off. Coat with dry mixture and arrange on a baking pan. Bake on low rack in oven at 425°F for 20 minutes. Turn the wings and cook 10 minutes more.
