Ingredients:
1/2 c. diced ripe tomatoes 1/2 c. diced roasted red peppers 1 clove garlic minced 1/2 t. olive oil 1 t. lemon or lime juice 8 fresh basil leaves Salt and fresh pepper 8 crostini
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, red peppers, garlic, oil, citrus juice, basil, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes, stirring often. Spoon onto crostini.
