Ingredients:

1 lb. strawberries 1/2 c. sugar 2 t. Kirsch 6 small meringues 2-1/2 c. heavy cream whipped until thick


Directions:

Crush the strawberries lightly and sprinkle with the sugar and kirsch. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Crush the meringues coarsely and fold into the strawberries with the whipped cream.
