Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
1/4 c. corn oil 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 2 c. chicken broth 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions:
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Gradually stir in the flour, and cook, stirring, about 5 minutes to make a roux. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, one more minute. Gradually stir in the broth, stirring until heated through and thickened, about 5-10 minutes. If the sauce seems too thick, add more broth or water. Remove from heat and add salt if required. Serve with chicken cutlets.
