Gooey Peach Butter Cake

Cake: 1 box yellow cake mix 1 egg 8 T. butter, melted Filling: 8 0z cream cheese softened 1 can peaches, drained and chopped coarsely 3 3ggs 1 t. vanilla 8 T. butter, melted 16 oz. powdered sugar 1 t. cinnamon


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. To make the cake, combine all the ingredients and mix well with an electric mixture. Pat the mixture into the bottom of a greased 13” x 9” baking pan. To make the filling, beat the cream cheese and peach together until smooth in a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs, vanilla and butter and beat together. Add the powdered sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Spread the filling over the cake batter and bake 40 to 50 minutes. Do not overbake; the center should be a little gooey.
