Hoisin Molasses Ribs

* 2 Racks of Pork Ribs * 1/3 Cup Molasses * 1/2 Cup Hoisin Sauce * 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce * 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar * 1/8 Cup Water * 1/8 Cup Apple Juice * Cracked Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250 Degrees. 2. Prepare ribs by cleaning the silver skin on the back if visible 3. Season with Cracked Black Pepper 4. Place ribs in a roasting pan. 5. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. 6. Pour sauce over the ribs and cover. Cook for 3 hours. 7. Remove lid, baste ribs and cook for 40 minutes without lid 8. Let sit for 15 minutes, cut ribs.
