Hot and Spicy Nuts

Ingredients:

2 T. unsalted butter 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 t. ground cumin 1/2 t. celery salt 1/2 t. garlic powder 1/8 t. cayenne pepper 1/2 t. seasoned salt 1-1/2 c. mixed roasted unsalted nuts 1 T. kosher salt


Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the remaining ingredients except the nuts and salt, and simmer a few minutes to mix the flavors. Add the nuts and stir to coat evenly, then spread on a baking sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally. Toss with coarse salt and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
