Lamb Shish Kebab

Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic 1/2 t. salt 1-1/2 lbs. lamb tomatoes green peppers mushroom caps 1 onion 1 bay leaf crushed pinch of oregano 1/2 c. French dressing


Directions:

Crush garlic in salt. Add French dressing, onion, bay leaf and oregano. Cut lamb into 1-1/2” - 2” cubes and marinate 24 hours. Thread lamb on skewers, alternating with tomatoes, green peppers and mushroom caps. Brush with marinade and grill until done.
