Ingredients:

5 lemons zested 3 T. fresh chopped rosemary leaves 1/2 c. olive oil Gray salt and freshly ground black pepper 8 2 oz. rounds goat cheese


Directions:

Combine lemon zest, rosemary and olive oil. Place goat cheese on a large plate or baking sheet, cover with marinade, and refrigerate.
