Magnificent Tomato Pie

Ingredients:
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced 3/4 c. chopped onion 3/4 c. chopped green pepper 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 c. shredded Mozzarella 1 can crescent rolls
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8” or 9” pie pan. Spread out crescent rolls to line bottom. Sauté onion and green pepper in butter. Layer tomatoes, onion and pepper. Mix cheese and mayonnaise. Spread over top to seal. Bake 40 - 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
