Maple Glazed Ribs

Ingredients:

2 racks baby back ribs salt maple syrup


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ribs in a roasting pan, sprinkle with salt, and roast for 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and baste with maple syrup. Lower the oven to 250°F. Cover the ribs tightly with a foil tent, return to the oven, and roast 10 hours. If the meat falls off the bone, it is done; otherwise, return to the oven for another 2 hours. Coat with maple syrup and serve immediately.
