Marinated Broccoli

Ingredients:

3 bunches fresh broccoli 1 c. cider vinegar 1 T. sugar 1 T. dill weed 1 T. spike (spice from Whole Foods store) 1 t. salt 1 t. black pepper 1 t. garlic salt 1-1/2 c. vegetable oil


Directions:

Separate broccoli into flowerettes, leaving an inch or so of stem on each. Combine marinade ingredients in a covered container large enough to hold all the broccoli. Add the broccoli, cover and turn to baste. Refrigerate 24 hours, basting occasionally. Drain and serve in a crystal bowl with toothpicks.
