Pan-Roasted Baby Whites

Ingredients:

3 T. olive oil 1-3/4 lbs. small white new potatoes 1 t. finely minced garlic 1 t. chopped fresh thyme leaves 1 t. chopped fresh rosemary leaves 1 t. coarse salt


Directions:

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the potatoes and cook, shaking the pan occasionally, until they are tender and brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, toss well and serve immediately.
