Ingredients:
12 small potatoes 12 bay leaves 4 T. olive oil salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut a slit about 3/4” deep in the potatoes and put a bay leaf in each slit. Toss potatoes in olive oil and salt. Bake for 1 hour.
