Pecan-Stuffed Dates

Ingredients:

8 oz. pitted dates 30 pecan halves 10-12 slices bacon


Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Stuff each date with pecan half. Cut each slice of bacon into 3 pieces. Wrap one piece around each stuffed date and secure with a toothpick. Bake until bacon is crisp, 12 to 15 minutes. Drain and serve.
