8 hot dogs 8 pieces white sandwich bread 8 slices American cheese Spicy mustard Butter toothpicks
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter the bread slices and place buttered side down on a clean work surface. Put a slice of cheese on each and pipe a diagonal ribbon of mustard across the cheese and lay a hot dog on each. Bring up 2 opposite corners of the bread and secure with toothpicks. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20 - 25 minutes until the hot dogs plump and the bread begins to toast.
