Pork Tenderloin Diablo

Ingredients:

1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 2” pieces 1/4 c. flour 1 t. seasoning salt 1 T. oil 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 t. dried oregano 1/4 t. dried basil 1 t. sugar 1/2 c. sliced onions


Directions:

Flatten pork slightly with a meat hammer. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat tenderloins with flour, and brown well in a heavy skillet with the oil. Blend the tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, basil and sugar, and pour over the tenderloins. Cook slowly 30 minutes. Add the onions and cook and additional 30 minutes.
