Spaghetti with Pecorino and Pepper

Ingredients:

1 lb. spaghetti 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil 2 c. (8 oz.) grated pecorino Freshly ground black pepper


Directions:

In a large bowl, bring salted water to a boil. Place bowl over top to warm bowl. Add spaghetti and stir, cooking until tender but firm to the bite. Carefully drain the pasta, leaving a few drops of water clinging to the spaghetti so that the sauce will adhere. Pour the oil into the warmed bowl. Add the pasta, cheese, and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Blend with two forks. Serve immediately.
