Spiced Maple Cocktail Ribs

Ingredients:

2 lbs. cocktail spare ribs cut into 2 inch pieces Salt and freshly ground pepper 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/3 cup Dijon Mustard 2 T. unsulphered molasses 2 T. cider vinegar 1 T. ground Cumin


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Place ribs in a roasting pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 45 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stir well, and set aside. Remove ribs from oven and drain off any fat. Toss the ribs with half a cup of marinade. Return to oven and bake, turning occasionally and basting with the remaining marinade, for 30 minutes.
