Spicy Pecans II

Ingredients:

1 - 1-1/2 t. chili powder 1 t. curry powder 1 t. garlic salt 1/4 t. cumin 1/4 t. ginger 1/4 t. cinnamon 3 T. olive oil 1 t. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 - 1/2 t. hot sauce 3 c. pecan halves


Directions:

In a skillet, mix the chili powder, curry powder, garlic salt, cumin, ginger and cinnamon. Stir in olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Cook and stir over low heat 5 minutes to mellow flavors. Put the pecan halves in a bowl and add the spice mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Spread the nuts in a single layer on a making sheet. Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally. Cool completely.
