Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients:

1/4 c. olive oil 1 T. Cajun or Creole seasoning 2 T. fresh lemon juice 2 T. chopped fresh parsley 1 T. honey 1 T. soy sauce pinch cayenne pepper 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, shelled, deveined, talis on lemon wedges for garnish


Directions:

Combine all but the shrimp and lemon wedges in a medium bowl. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover, refrigerate and marinate at least one hour (up to overnight). Preheat oven to 450°F. Pour shrimp and marinade in a cake pan and bake until shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Serve with crusty french bread.
