4 6-oz. sirloin steaks trimmed of fat 1/2 T. fennel seed 1/2 T. ground fennel 1 T. rosemary 1 T. ground sage Salt and freshly ground pepper 2 T. olive oil Balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Combine herbs and olive oil in a small bowl. Rub the steaks on both sides with the mixture. Place between plastic wrap and pound until 1/2” thick. Grill until done. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
