Strawberries with Fromage Blanc

Ingredients:
1 pint fresh strawberries 1/3 c. sugar or to taste 1-1/3 c. fromage blanc, or soft, mild goat cheese
Directions:
Force half the strawberries through a sieve and sweeten with the sugar. Cut the remaining strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Gently fold in the rest of the strawberries. Put a scoop or neat mound of the cheese on each of four plates and spoon the strawberry mixture around it.
