Ingredients:
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate 1/2 cup butter 2 large eggs 1-1/2 cups of sugar 1 t. of vanilla 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 t. of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Butter and flour an 8 inch square baking pan. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler, stirring occasionally; let cool slightly. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, gradually adding the sugar. Beat until just combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add the chocolate mixture and vannilla, and stirr in the flour and salt until just blended. Spread in the pan and bake 20-25 minutes. Cool completely in the pan.
