Veal Yuvetsi

Ingredients:

2 lbs. veal stew 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 c. orzo 4 T. butter 1 large onion chopped 1/2 t. minced garlic 1 can tomato sauce 1/2 t. gravy master


Directions:

Melt butter in large pot. Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Brown veal on all sides. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add enough water to cover meat. Add tomato sauce and gravy master. Stir until well mixed. Cook on low flame for about 1 hour. Add orzo. Stir constantly or orzo will stick to the bottom of the pot. Cook until orzo is done and most liquid is absorbed about 20-25 minutes.
